Hi, I’m Kristel Mabie LPC, NCC. It’s nice to meet you. If you have found yourself here-Congratulations- it’s no accident. I’m guessing you’re considering therapy and want to gather more information or maybe you’re ready to begin the process. Either way, I’m happy you’re here. Both are no easy feats. 

Let me tell you about myself. I’ve been a counselor for 20 years. My passion is helping and serving others–helping others to find, create and work at being the best version of themselves they can be or at believing that a different way of living is possible. I have a husband, three busy kids, and two doodle dogs at home. I am an active volunteer at my kid’s schools, from the Room Mom to the Lunch Lady, and I also volunteer at a local food pantry. I enjoy working in the community, meeting new people, and building relationships. I am also a certified Traditional Usui Reiki Master. If you’re unfamiliar with Reiki, Reiki is a complementary Japanese energy healing technique that uses hand movements to move energy through the body to reduce stress and promote healing. My self-care practices include morning meditation and prayer, journaling, exercising, reading, and walking my dogs. My favorite place to travel in Costa Rica for the Pura Vida!
