Helping You and Your daughter Thrive

Every individual’s story is unique. KLM Counseling provides specialized support for each stage of development with warmth, empathy, and evidence-based care.

At KLM Counseling, Kristel understands that no two journeys are the same. Each client brings their own experiences, emotions, and goals—and each deserves care that honors that individuality. Whether supporting a preteen navigating social pressures, a teen learning emotional regulation, or a woman seeking balance and clarity, Kristel provides a compassionate space to grow and heal.
Self-worth is foundational to a young woman's mental and emotional well-being. Without it, she can become more vulnerable to anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationships, self-doubt, and perfectionism. When self-worth is nurtured, it becomes a source of resilience—helping her set boundaries, cope with challenges, and view herself with compassion. Making self-worth a core part of the healing process empowers young women (and all women!) to move through life with greater authenticity and balance.
